Rhea Edge is Chair of Arts & Education at Eureka College and a Professor in their Art Department. She served as President and then as Vice-President of the John Wesley Powell Audubon Society, a local chapter of National Audubon for over 16 years. Twice a YWCA Woman of Distinction Nominee, Edge was a recipient of the City of Bloomington's Cultural District Commission, and is the founder and a practicing artist in her downtown Bloomington Studio, Beluga Press Art Gallery. Her environmental paintings and prints have been widely exhibited.

Her areas of expertise include: Interdisciplinary studies, teaching, ecology, ornithology, intaglio printmaking, acrylic glazing, painting in all media, color theory, photography, environmental art, leadership in the arts, conservation and post secondary education.
