Ackerman Certified Organic Farm and More (Angie and Ron Ackerman -- Chenoa):  Herbs (rosemary, sage, thyme, cilantro, mint, parsley, chives, tarragon, shallots, green onions, lemon grass), hot peppers. greens (swiss chard, collard greens, kale, radishes, turnips, spinach, lettuce,salad mix, chinese cabbage), beets,
winter squash, flours, dry soybeans, corn meal, and plants

Blue Schoolhouse Farm (Bill and Mercy Davison -- Congerville):  Many unique varieties of potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Squash, Parsnips, Leeks, Potatoes, Carrots, Beets, Brussels Sprouts, Garlic, Japanese Turnips,

Brown's Fresh Produce Market (David and Kathy Brown -- Bloomington): Lots of fall squash (butternut, acorn, spaghetti), Indian Corn, sweet potatoes, turnips, pumpkins, gourds, and other fall produce.

Harvey Homestead (Karen Harvey -- Ellsworth):  Winter squash. potatoes, broom corn. Indian corn, sweet potatoes, gourds, pumkins, peppers

Hometown Hydroponics (Charles Steidinger -- Fairbury):  Hydroponically grown tomatoes
 
Merrick's Produce Farm (Frank Merrick -- Danvers): Potatoes, gourds, squash, peppers
   
Milton Farms (Carla Milton -- Heyworth):  Arugula,
Sorrel, Swiss Chard, Brussel sprouts, Radishes, Beets, Turnips, Bok Choi, Kale, Carrots, Cabbage

O'Rourke Family Gardens (Mark O'Rourke -- Downs): Four varieties of potatoes (approximately 1500 pounds), five varieties of sweet potatoes (approximately 1000 pounds), squash (butternut & acorn), and possibly ornamental corn

Shofner Family Farms (Alan Shofner):  Apples

MEATS, EGGS, DAIRY:

AquaRanch (Myles Harston -- Flanagan):  Farm-raised all-natural tilapia

Catalpa Grove Farm (Trent Sparrow -- Dwight):  Naturally raised lamb and goat meat - hormone- and antibiotic-free.  Also, goat milk soap.

Prairie Fruits Farm (Leslie Cooperband -- Champaign):  Fresh and aged goat and sheep milk cheeses, farmstead fruit preserves, and possibly honey.  More details available on their website:  www.prairiefruits.com

Ropp Jersey Cheese (Ken Ropp -- Normal): On-farm, all natural cheeses made with milk from registered Jersey cattle. More details available on their website:  www.roppcheese.com

TJ's Free Range Poultry (Tim and Julie Ifft -- Piper City):  Pastured free-range poultry - turkeys, chicken, and eggs. 

Twin Oak Meats (Tom and Amy Ifft -- Fairbury): Hormone-free pork - spiral-cut hams, roasts, chops, bacon, ham, sausage, etc. Featuring a variety of hams that can be purchased for Thanksgiving.  More details available on their website:  www.twinoakmeats.com 

Vermilion Valley Meats (Jon Freed -- Fairbury):  All beef products -- Roasts, Steaks, Brats, Burgers, Bristket.  Cattle are raised on grass from April to November and fed the best quality feeds without animal by-products.  They are “finished” with farm raised, locally grown corn.  More details available on their website:  www.vermilionvalleymeats.com

Humane Society of Central Illinois:  Bake sale featuring a wide variety of goodies.

Java & Co. Artjools (Martha Brown): Fine silver pendants, earrings, bracelets, rings -- all hand-made by the artist.  Natural gemstones are used in the final design and to string gorgeous one-of-a-kind pieces.  Also, original oil paintings and miniatures of Central Illinois and Arizona landscapes.

Bell Family (Amanda and Josh Bell):  Jewelry, Pottery, Granite cutting boards, Homemade soaps, primitive wood stools and benches 

Gathered Illusions (Brock E. Eddleman -- Bloomington ): Glass Items:  Bowls, Vases, Pendants, Pens, Paper weights, Marbles, Flowers, Ornaments -- all original creations by the artist.

Nathan's Spray Monay (Nathan Basset -- Atlanta):  Spray paint art -- will have many paintings on display.  I will also have video playing so people who are not familiar with spray paint art can still see how it's done.

Our Glass (Levi Lawrence -- Bloomington):  Blown glass, including pendants, bead jewelry, dready beads, jewelry jars, and maybe small animal sculptures.

Susan Palmer (Bloomington):  Ink drawings and watercolors  

Through The Looking Glass, Inc. (Amy Furgiuele -- West Peoria):  Hndcrafted jewelry featuring my handmade lampwork glass beads and sterling silver forms and shapes.  I will also have "holiday" earrings and necklaces featuring Swarovski crystals.
