MEATS, EGGS, DAIRY:
AquaRanch (Myles Harston -- Flanagan):  Farm-raised, naturally grown tilapia with no use of genetic modification, hormonal manipulation, or antibiotics. 
 
Catalpa Grove Farm (Trent Sparrow -- Dwight):  Naturally raised lamb and goat meat - hormone- and antibiotic-free. 
 
Heartland Meats (Pat Sondgeroth -- Mendota):  Piedmontese beef - all natural and raised without added hormones. 
 
Mool Bison (Greg Mool - El Paso):  Grass-fed bison meat.
 
Ropp Jersey Cheese (Ken Ropp -- Normal): On-farm, all natural cheeses made with milk from registered Jersey cattle.
 
TJ's Free Range Poultry (Tim and Julie Ifft -- Piper City):  Pastured free-range poultry - turkeys, chicken, and eggs. 
 
Twin Oak Meats (Tom and Amy Ifft -- Fairbury): Hormone-free pork - spiral-cut hams, roasts, chops, bacon, ham, sausage, etc.
 
BAKED GOODS & PROCESSED FOODS:
 
Basil's Harvest (Erin Meyer - Peoria):  Herb vinegars and rubs, organic sauerkraut, homemade chicken noodle and minestrone soups.  The stocks are made with free range chickens and organic vegetables; the ingredients of the soups are either organic or pesticide and herbicide free.
 
Coffee Hound (Steve and April Fritzen - Bloomington):  Homemade baked goods, cookies, and cheesecakes.
 
Harvest of Joy (Rebekah Kaeb -- Arrowsmith): Holiday baked goods, including Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie, Cream Cheese Pumpkin Roll, Pumpkin Bread, Cranberry Bread, Almond Bars, Cinnamon Rolls, Assorted Breads, Dinner Rolls, and much more!
 
Humane Society of Central Illinois:  Bake sale featuring a wide variety of goodies.
 
Kelly's Bakery & Cafe (Kelly Mathy -- Bloomington): Fresh, homemade baked goods.
 
The Medici Restaurant and Bakery: Breads, croissants, and cookies freshly baked in Medici's uptown Normal bakery.
 
Merrick 's Produce Farm (Frank Merrick -- Danvers): Honey, popcorn, and salsa.
 
Scrogin Hill Honey (Wayne and Kate Bradd -- Lexington) Honey, comb honey, and beeswax candles.
 
The Red Oak (Trisha Rux -- Bishop Hill) -- Homemade pies, made fresh and then frozen so that you can bake in your own oven, timed to coordinate with your holiday meal.  Choices include Strawberry Rhubarb, Quadberry, Dutch Apple, Blueberry Crumb, Pumpkin Pecan, and Apple Cranberry Crumb.
 
FINE ARTS & CRAFTS:
 
Aklectic Company (Various artists): Paintings, photography, ceramics, literary works, and more . . . 
 
Artjools (Martha Brown): Fine silver pendants, earrings, bracelets, rings -- all hand-made by the artist.  Natural gemstones are used in the final design and to string gorgeous one-of-a-kind pieces.  Also, original oil paintings and miniatures of Central Illinois and Arizona landscapes.
 
Cain Crafts (Bill and Kathy Cain): Jewelry, hand-made "Longaberger-style" baskets for fruit, silverware, veggies, bread, flowers, etc. 
 
Catalpa Grove Farm (Trent Sparrow -- Dwight): Hand-crafted natural goat milk soap.
 
Gathered Illusions (Brock E. Eddleman ): Glass art - Christmas ornaments, jewelry, marbles, pendants, paperweights, vases, bowls, and sculptures, etc. all original creations by the artist. 
 
Art to Wear (Phillip and Jeanie Krumholz) Handcrafted sterling silver and copper jewelry; letter openers made from stones or relics; jewelry made from authentic fossils 
 
Land of Lincoln Basketweavers: Hand-woven baskets, purses, and gourds, including some beaded baskets, gourds, and bracelets.
 
Mike McNeil:  Acrylic paintings and photographs.
 
Scrogin Hill Honey (Wayne and Kate Bradd)  Beeswax candles.
 
Susan Palmer:  Ink drawings and watercolors
